What is the average shipping time for large light fixtures?
Most standard fixtures ship within 3-5 business days. Larger chandeliers or oversized floor lamps may require specialized freight handling and typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do your products include light bulbs?
To allow for personal preference in color temperature and brightness, bulbs are sold separately unless explicitly stated in the product description. We recommend using LED bulbs for all our fixtures.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged or with broken glass, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product for a free replacement.
Are your outdoor lights weather-resistant?
Yes, all products in our Outdoor Collection are UL-rated for wet or damp locations, ensuring they can withstand rain, snow, and humidity without corroding.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all our fixtures come with comprehensive mounting hardware and instructions. For hardwired ceiling lights, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician.
Can I use a dimmer switch with your lamps?
Most of our hardwired fixtures are compatible with standard dimmer switches. For portable lamps, please check the product specifications to see if it features an inline dimmer or a touch-sensitive base.
